To The Consuls Of The World,
Special greetings to each and every one of you.
The beautiful city of Monte Carlo, Monaco will be the venue of FICAC’s 10th World Congress of Consuls and I want to take this opportunity to extend to you, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the World Federation of Consuls, a cordial invitation to attend our Congress scheduled for November 10-13, 2012.
It is our distinct privilege and pleasure to announce that the World Congress of Consuls 2012 will be under the distinguished patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, who will be the keynote speaker and declare the Congress officially open. We deeply appreciate the honour His Serene Highness has bestowed on us and we thank him most sincerely.
The World Congress of Consuls 2012 will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to develop relationships, strengthen their support networks and gain exposure to the many programmes developed by FICAC internationally. Savour the many aspects of our Congress as this will put you in a stronger position to serve the needs of the various countries that you and I have the privilege to represent.
We have much to contribute, both through our examples of service and the trade that we can promote globally. The FICAC World Congress 2012 will be a historic event and an opportunity not to be missed.
I am certain that you will not only benefit from our Congress but also enjoy the experience of a warm Monaco welcome and the genuine hospitality of its people.
