The 9th World Congress of Consuls held in Izmir Turkey was the largest
and finest conference in the history of the World Federation of Consuls.
President Foote’s report to the Federation lasted for 1 hour and 25 minutes and President Foote received a standing ovation from all the delegates

Most people of my father’s generation remember exactly where they were on November 22, 1963, when President Kennedy was shot. For me and my generation, most will remember exactly where they were on September 11, 2001.
