Arnold Foote, the World Federation of Consuls (FICAC) today salutes you as it acknowledges your achievements and contributions to the development of FICAC in particular, and your work towards the advancement of Consuls in general.

The President of FICAC, the Honourable Arnold Foote, recently presented the Dean of the Consular Corps College of the U.S., Hon. Tim Davies, with a copy of the newly published ‘FICAC Who’s Who’.

All great initiatives start with a shared vision that inspires small groups of men and women who wish to work for the common good.

Thus, 30 years ago, a group of seven visionary people met in Denmark and decided to create the FICAC.
