The Consular Corps of Brazil commemorated the inaugural Consuls’ Day in Pernambuco with a Dinner on August 6, 2008 at the Hotel Manibu, Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. Over 80 persons were in attendance including consuls from Pernambuco and other Brazilian States.

A special award was presented to Mr. Irving Fourcand, Director of Protocol and International Affairs, Miami International Airport, in recognition of this excellent project developed by MIA. We thank them most sincerely for the excellent service they are providing to all Consuls in Miami.
It gives me an immense pleasure seeing most of the members of Ficac all together in Izmir.
