The Consular Chronicles – Vol. 2, commemorates the celebration of the 68th Republic Day of India.
The issue covers information on the World Federation of Consuls – FICAC; a global network of Consular Associations created to support and improve the status, legitimacy and effectiveness of consular officers in all receiving States along with stories from the various Honorary Consuls from around the country.
The country in focus for this edition is the Union of the Comoros, a small country in the South West Indian ocean with Madagascar on one side, and East African States like Tanzania, Mozambique on the other. The volume also includes a special feature about the endangered Gorillas in the forests of Rwanda.

Recently, the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change released last year reported that the climate is already changing and the impacts are already being felt.
