The World Federation of Consuls (FICAC) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Brac University on January 31, 2026, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The FICAC delegation was led by President Hon. Nikolaos K. Margaropoulos, joined by Vice President Hon. Asif Chowdhury, President Emeritus Hon. Aykut Eken, and Board of Directors members Hon.
