FICAC – The World Federation of Consuls   
is pleased to announce the launch of the
Second Cohort of the
Executive Diploma in Diplomacy, 
in collaboration with
ACT – The American College of Thessaloniki.
This 2-week specialized academic program is designed to meet the evolving needs of Honorary
Consuls and professionals interested in pursuing consular roles. 
It offers practical and academic insights into the modern practice of diplomacy, covering topics
such as protocol, international law, intercultural competence, and strategic communication.
The program is being introduced by Hon. Nikolaos K. Margaropoulos, President of FICAC,
and benefits from the expertise of respected contributors, including:
 – Dr. Catherine Boura, Ambassador ad honorem
 – Mr. Constantin Cakioussis, Ambassador ad honorem
 – Dr. Theodoros J. Theodorou, Ambassador ad honorem
                ·  The program begins on October 6, 2025.
                · Registration Deadline October 3, 2025
There are three synchronous, interactive sessions: Monday 6 October, Monday 13
October and Friday 17 October at 17:30-19:00 EEST time zone. 
The rest of the learning activity is based on asynchronous teaching (material uploaded in an
educational platform) so you can study at your own pace and free time.
At the end of the two-week sessions there is an optional test for those who wish to take it
based on the platform material. Participants who successfully complete the test will receive an
Executive Diploma, while all the others will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
