The International Federation of Consular Corps and Associations (FICAC) marked a significant occasion with the presentation of a Certificate of Appreciation to H.E. RABAB FATIMA, Under – Secretary – General & High Representative for LDCs, LLDCs, and SIDS. This prestigious award was bestowed in recognition of achieving sustainable development in the most vulnerable countries.
