Gala Dinner by the Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations

FICAC President. Hon. Nikolaos K. Margaropoulos and Hon. Stelio Campanale, Member of the Board of Directors had the pleasure to attend a Gala dinner, on December 7th, 2023. The event was organized by the President of the Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria, Hon. Borislav Boyanov and its Board of Directors, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the adoption of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, which gathered over 40 Honorary Consuls and guests. A special congratulatory address was given by H.E. Maria Gabriel, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Foreign Affairs in Bulgaria.
