On the 16th & 17th of June, 2017, Members of Board of Directors and Chairpersons of Regional and Central Committees were meeting in Istanbul, Turkey.
Following the signature of a MOU between FICAC and INTERLEGAL in New York, Mr. Joao Paulo Menezes Falcao, President of Interlegal, was invited to make a presentation of one of the longest established and most experienced international legal networks, made up of independent commercial law firms in over 40 countries.
Another MOU was signed by Her Royal Highness Princess Dr. Nisreen El-Hashemite, Executive Director of RASIT, the Royal Academy of Science International Trust and Hon. A. Eken, during a Reception hosted by the President and Mrs. Eken at their Residence, along the Bosphorus. This independent international Non-Governmental Organization is dedicated to promoting excellence in education and science, and plays an influential role in regional and international higher education policy and supports developments in Science Technology Medicine in a wide range of ways.
The program of these 2 days were very busy, but allowed the attendees to enjoy relaxing dinners along the Bosphorus and Golden Horn.
The new President of ACONBRAS, Hon. Luiz Fernando Del Valle, was congratulated by FICAC President, Arnold Foote, at a very successful meeting in Sao Paulo, Brazil on 16th April, 2015. Also present in the photograph are Past President of ACONBRAS, Hon. George Antoine, FICAC Secretary General, Hon. Aykut Eken, FICAC Directors, Hon. Costas Lefkaritis, Hon. Sylvain Cohen and Hon. Thomas Amaral Neves, along with Consul General of the Dominican Republic in Sao Paulo, Hon. Geomar Garcia and others. The President of ACONBRAS, Hon. Luiz Fernando Del Valle, pledged his Consular Corps’ full support for the World Federation of Consuls and looks forward to working even closer with the Federation.
