Following the annual General Assembly, “Belgian Consular Union” (BCU) organized its Gala Dinner at Club Warande in Brussels: FICAC Board of Directors and FICAC Observers, accompanied their spouses, attended this prestigious event, so well organized by those who will organize the next World Congress of Consuls, in 2018, in Brussels, with the theme “CONNECTING COUNTRIES AND PEOPLE”.
FICAC President, Hon. Eken, presented a plaque to Hon. Willy Deswaef, President of Belgian Consular Union, for the excellence of their hospitality.
