Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic receives the FICAC Gold Star, the highest award of World Federation of Consuls given only to world leaders

H.E. Tomislav Nikolić, President of the Republic of Serbia, receives the Gold Star at the Presidential Palace from FICAC President Hon. Arnold Foote O.J., C.D., J.P. Also present (from left), Hon. Rajko Maric, fmr. President of the Serbian Consular Corps; Hon. (Mrs.) Ann Pesic, President of the Serbian Consular Corps; Hon. Kostas Lefkaritis, FICAC Vice President; Hon. Aykut Eken, FICAC Secretary General; and members of the Serbian President’s Diplomatic Office.

The beautiful and historic city of Istanbul, Turkey will be the venue of FICAC’s 11th World Congress of Consuls, and I want to take this opportunity to extend to you, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the World Federation of Consuls, a cordial invitation to attend our Congress scheduled for November 18th – 22nd, 2015.

The World Congress of Consuls 2015 will provide an excellent opportunity to develop relationships, strengthen their support networks and learn more about the many programs developed by FICAC internationally.

The third Executive Committee Meeting of FICAC – World Federation of Consuls was held at the Dom Pedro Hotel, Vilamoura, Algarve, Portugal between April 24 and 25, 2005. President Dahlman welcomed the members and gave an overview of the work done over the past three months.
