The FICAC Monaco Consular Conference and the FICAC 25th Anniversary Past Presidents Awards Banquet were organized in cooperation with the Association des Consuls Honoraires de la Principaute de Monaco and were a huge success. The World Federation of Consuls was extremely honoured to receive the High Patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II for both events in Monaco. Secretary of State, H.E. Mr. Jacques Boisson, gave an interesting and informative address and declared the FICAC Monaco Consular Conference open.
